* Vinyl should fit tight. It does have some stretching capabilities, so keep that in mind. When you move, it will move with you. If it's too loose, it will bunch up and lose effectiveness completely. You are going for a visual image here.

* Keep it shiny. Polish it with a dusting cloth, or even some window cleaner to keep it spiffy.

* Use a very light dusting of baby powder to keep the vinyl from sticking. Nothing feels less sexy than your thighs stuck to your outfit. Keep it smooth and cool. If the smell of baby powder is a turn-off, try using corn starch which has no odor at all. Be careful not to use too much, or it will end up all gunked up in your privies.

* Complete the look with some vinyl boots, or patent leather
