It's called bondage tape, and the great thing about it is that it's not sticky, which means that it won't stick to skin. But if you wrap it around something - a pair of wrists, ankles or your favorite pair of lips for example - it sticks to itself well enough that you can actually restrain someone with it!

It makes for a sexy look, being all black and shiny, and it's a pretty good restraint. It's kind of stretchy, though, so it's not perfect. It can take a few times around to get it good and locked in, and as always make sure you observe the rules of safety, but all in all, this is a great addition to your toybox, and a most excellent way to keep your sub "stuck" on you.
