I can think of a few ideas right off the bat (pun fully intended!). You can always gag him, whip him, spank him, drip wax on him (from a low temp candle), shave him (not his head - just the fun parts).

Thank you so much for the advice. He's all about suspense and that is were I am having a problem with. How and what can you do to keep someone in suspense? Do you have any books that you'd recommend? I'd appreciate any advice that you or someone can give me.
